Help North Idaho families build financial stability!

Volunteers are needed to join our Tax-Aide team to help low to moderate income taxpayers prepare and file their tax returns.

No experience necessary, we train and support.

After training, we ask for a minimum commitment of 4 hours per week during tax season (January 1-April 15). Make your own schedule!

Last year, more than 5,000 low to moderate income taxpayers in Kootenai and Shoshone counties received help in completing and e-filing their federal and State tax returns at no cost to them.

This is a great opportunity to build your resume and network with other financial professionals. Excellent for those new to the field of accounting/bookkeeping, and those looking to give back to the community.

Your work makes an impact helping North Idaho families build financial stability by keeping more of their income.

Formal training begins January 3 at the Silver Lake Mall site, three days a week for two weeks and will have as much on-site team support as needed during tax season.
