Stork & Company is Looking for Volunteers to Help Us in Our Mission!Volunteers duties include:
- Delivering baby boxes to families and organizations
- Meeting with potential Stork & Co partners to discuss partnership agreements and the benefits of the baby box
- Attending educational and informational events on maternal and infant health to provide Stork & Co information to attendees
- Assembling Baby Boxes
and/or
- Organizing and working Stork & Co fundraising events
If you are interested in becoming a Stork & Co volunteer and participating in any of the preceding activities, please email us at storkandco1@gmail.com with the subject heading "Volunteer Position Application" along with a brief description of your prior volunteer and relevant work experience, as well as which activities you would be interested in engaging in. We will then promptly respond with further information on how to become a Stork & Company volunteer.

Stork & Company of Wisconsin’s mission is to improve the lives of parents and babies by working to provide infant supplies to those who need them in Milwaukee and Wisconsin.
Description
Stork & Company of Wisconsin’s mission is to improve the lives of parents and babies by working to provide infant supplies to those who need them in Milwaukee and Wisconsin.
These supplies come in maternity packages similar to the ones found in Finland, and sold by the Baby Box Co. in the U.S. This package contains not only a box with a mattress for a baby to sleep in, but also many baby supplies and materials. Besides the contents received with the box, we also add other baby supplies that families may need.
The funds required to distribute these boxes to families are donated by individuals, funding organizations, and corporations; and raised through fundraising campaigns. These boxes are then delivered through health departments, nonprofits, and clinics in the Milwaukee area to ANY parent who is in need of one. Please note: your baby must be under 26 3/4 inches in height and be unable to sit up on their own in order to use the baby box. The baby box should not be picked up with baby inside.
Our mission is to easily distribute free baby supplies to families in the Milwaukee area to improve the living conditions of infants in need, as well as to contribute to a lowering of Milwaukee’s infant mortality rate.
