Hundreds of girls throughout San Diego County train in eager anticipation of this day! Join us as an awesome volunteer to make these girls feel like the winners that they are.
As a race volunteer you may be: helping us set up for the race, greeting participants, handing out t-shirts, helping the girls' with fun pre-race activities, handing out water on the course, working in first-aid, or cleaning up after the race. Just imagine the positive impact you will have as you spend your morning celebrating girls for being joyful, healthy and confident!
We have MANY volunteer opportunities available like setup, registration, GOTR Village activity booths, parking and water stations. Each job is equally important and vital to the success of our event! Our race course is at beautiful Crown Point Park in Mission Bay!

The Program:
Girls on the Run is a 501(c)3 positive youth development program which combines an interactive curriculum and running to inspire self-respect and healthy lifestyles in pre-teen girls. Our core curriculum addresses many aspects of girls' development - their physical, emotional, mental and social well-being.
