Kentucky Book Fair seeks volunteers

Numerous volunteers are needed to make the 36th Annual Kentucky Book Fair a successful event on Friday and Saturday, November 17-18, 2017, at the Alltech Arena at the Kentucky Horse Park, Lexington, KY. Sign-up information is now available below.

Volunteers may choose from several shift and work interest options:

  • Thursday, Nov. 16 to help set-up at the Alltech Arena at the Kentucky Horse Park 8:00 am to 3:00 pm
  • Friday, Nov. 17, to help assist during the 7th Annual Kids Day from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
  • Saturday, Nov. 18, the day of the Book Fair, to greet patrons, assist authors and be of other service from 7:00 am - 7:00 pm

To volunteer or request additional information, contact Volunteer Coordinator via e-mail at kyhumanities@kyhumanities.org.

All volunteers will receive a concessions voucher and a t-shirt while enjoying the company of many fine authors at the Kentucky Book Fair.
