Our three-year-old growing nonprofit organization needs support in to the next phase of growth. The administrator position is 90% remote and requires someone detail-oriented who can execute tasks with minimal supervision. If you have ever thought or said, "Let me organize your life," then this position is for you. This position could lead to employment - or the training and onboarding of another person for a part-time position. This opportunity will require a commitment of 3-5 hours a week, but the tasks can be completed around your own schedule. There is a 15 minute weekly video call check in.
The administrator would support the Executive Director's schedule, and coordinate schedules between the schools that we serve and our mentors that serve them. Our team uses Gsuite, Slack and Trello to stay organized. The administrator will review emails that come in our general boxes and add and funding matches to our database and forward anything else on to the appropriate . Check mail bi-weekly and scan to E.D., unsubscribe or forward.
We need a few one-time projects completed including: organize all grant documents and ensure they are backed up to a drive and company google docs; organize google docs; create a functional database of upcoming fundraisers in google sheets, create a functional grants database that can be added to and edited in google sheets; update/maintain NPO Register sites - Guidestar, Arizona Alliance of NPOs, Arizona Community Center, etc. Scanning paper documents to google drive.
Research may include: finding potential funders; school demographics, metrics and personnel; existing community supports; competition and potential collaborators; graduation rates and music driven data; and potential new schools. Social media research may include finding educational materials and articles that are mission aligned with YAS to share on different SM platforms. Confirming information in our donor database is current.
Conducting regular audits of our website, making sure information is current and sending any edits needed to the developer. Conducting regular audits of all of our communication channels to ensure mission & brand alignment.
Maintain accounts for regular giving: Fry's Community Rewards and Amazon Smile - seek more opportunities such as this.

Mission Statement
Young Artist Society empowers future generations to pursue education, serve their community and achieve success creatively.
Description
We teach how to learn through music, education and entrepreneurship. We target at-risk youth and teach them the fundamentals to create songs in a digital audio workstation. Student creativity is fostered through mentorship and team collaboration. These teachings are solidified by presenting music as a product in a way that teaches entrepreneurial skills to students so they may sustain a future in a creative career. Our goal is to help young people see their true value and power while infusing creativity and big dreams into everything that we do.
