350Deschutes needs an individual to track what is going on in the legislature with bills that affect environment and Climate change.
- You'll track specific bills and listen to testimony about them. (this happens through a live video feed and by reading written testimony.
- Then, report back to our group.
- Sometimes this will be time sensitive, if you learn about something happening that we need to act on quickly.
- Othertimes, you'll just report on what you've learned.
- You can do this from your home, anytime.

350Deschutes is part of the 350.org network, a global climate advocacy organization. We work on a local and statewide level in Oregon to build awareness of the need for climate action at all levels, individual, corporate, government, and organization.
