The Friendship Center is a licensed Adult Day Care Center where our goal is to provide social contact, companionship, engaging activities, nourishing meals, and supervision for the dependent adults who attend our program. For their family caregivers, we offer respite-a break from the demands of caregiving.
The guests who come to our program daily often suffer from dementia or other forms of memory loss but one thing that is not lost is their love for the arts! Music, dance, performances of any kind bring so much joy to them! We have a piano, dozens of song books and a fully stocked art room with supplies. Description
Friendship Center is a non-profit adult day services center providing socialization and lively activities to elder and dependent adults and respite, support and education to their families. We help families to keep their elder and dependent adult loved ones at home for as long as possible, avoiding costly long-term residential and in-home care.
We have a contract with Veterans Administration which will cover the cost of daily services for qualified veterans.
