Box of Joy is a Christmas program that allows poor children in developing countries the experience and joy of Christmas. The gift alone is not just the blessing, but the message of hope and love that a family or individual in the United States cares for them.
During the month of November, all of the gift boxes that have been packed around the nation are sent to a screening center in South Florida. At this screening center - volunteers screen the boxes for any potentially hazardous items, and most importantly have fun. This is a volunteer event, where hundreds of volunteers donate their time and impact the lives of the many poor children who will receive this gift.

Our mission is to work continuously to both empower and inspire youth while providing an immediate and lasting change in their lives.
Description
The Organization is exclusively for educational and charitable purposes and our mission is to provide comprehensive programs to address the things that will help children who are at risk and in need of permanent connections due to being in foster care. The activities of the Organization include the provision of counseling services and goods to children in need. Counseling services include mentoring children in the foster care system. We also provide school supplies, school uniforms, clothing, hygienic products food and toys during the holidays. To ensure the children in the foster care system are prepared for school, the Organization will assemble backpacks with the necessary school supplies.
