ORGANIZATION: Leelanau County

The Leelanau County Board of Commissioners is seeking a resident to serve a three-year term on the Bay Area Transportation Authority (BATA) Board.

This is a seven-member body responsible for governing the Bay Area Transportation System through its appointed transportation director. The Leelanau County Board of Commissioners appoints a Commissioner annually and one, at-large citizen to a three-year term This Board meets on the last Wednesday of every month at 9:00 a.m. at the 3233 Cass St., Traverse City, location and other others.
