Join us for the inaugural Raise a Glass for St. Jude, featuring fine wine and cocktails from west coast wineries and distilleries, food pairings, plus entertainment and dancing. Guests will have the opportunity to bid on live and silent auction items and hear a St. Jude patient story.

We have multiple volunteer opportunities available, please see below for roles and descriptions:

Registration and Check-Out
Welcome and check-in guests. You will be gathering information and inputting it into the computers, assigning them bidder numbers and table assignments. Assist guests with checking out once the silent auction closes, and give to live and live auction ends

Seating Assistants/Greeters
Positioned at the various areas that serve as entry to the courtyard and ballroom. Assist guests with locating registration, their table assignment for dinner, and restrooms. Maps will be provided of the room layout as well as table assignment list.

Auction Floaters
Your job will be to assist guests with auction questions and to ensure that their bids are being filled out correct.

Wine/Jewelry Pull Assistants
Collect and encourage guests to participate in wine and jewelry pull.

Live Auction and Give to Live Spotters
During the Live Auction, you will alert the Auctioneer when a bid is made. Distribute yourselves throughout the dinner area. Give to live occurs immediately after live auction. Volunteers will again alert auctioneer when a donation is made and write #
