ProHelath Hospice is seeking volunteers for caregiver relief sitting/visits for a client in Los Altos, CA (as needed)
How you'll help:
- Provide caregiver relief (adult sitting) for the patient's loved one who often lack the opportunity to take time for themselves. (No direct care. These visits will be scheduled in advance & as needed by the primary caregiver)
By providing your time, you will allow a primary caregiver time to tend to matters outside of the home (Ie; grocery shopping, medical appointments or general time for self - typically 1-4 times per month)
