Janyaa is a 501 (c) 3 organization located in the Bay Area with the mission to inspire, educate and empower under privileged children to think and apply math and science in daily life. It currently has an outreach of over 300,000 children, across 800 schools, with over 4000 trained teachers, in 14 states in India and in 4 countries. As part of its efforts to scale, Janyaa is revamping its marketing plan to strengthen its strategy and growth and is seeking a PR/Social Media & Influencer Program Manager who will:
- Cultivate and manage press relations and outreach(national and local)
- Identify key press and influencers of interest
- Proactively reach out to them and cultivate their interest
- Increase awareness of Janyaa towards this group
- Invite them to key events and news
- Manage and cultivate social media feed on behalf of Janyaa

The objective of Janyaa program is to improve literacy in under-privileged children by educating them through hands-on approach based teaching techniques thereby creating interest in learning.
Our mission is to enable children "understand" the concepts and instill confidence in them. We help them gain the right knowledge to make right choices in their career and thereby in their life.
We envision decreasing the drop-out rate by making children enjoy their learning and hone their creativity.
