Working Wardrobes, in partnership with the Personal & Professional Development Branch of Career Services at Camp Pendleton will provide active duty service women with a morning of transformations. The Military Women in Transition Success Event is an opportunity for 100 deserving female marines and sailors to get equipped for the civilian workforce by providing them with head-to-toe professional attire and accessories, massage therapy services and the opportunity to get headshots taken for their LinkedIn profiles.
This unique day will be preceded by a "Power of Your Image" workshop, facilitated by Working Wardrobes staff, where the women will learn all about the essentials of first impressions including professional dress code in a civilian work setting.
We need YOU to help us with prepping for this big event. Tasks include putting together hygiene kits, shrink wrapping clothes, shining shoes and lastly, making sure every item is ready to be transported for the drive down to Camp Pendleton.
Date: Wednesday, October 18th
Time: 9-12pm, 1-4pm
