Turn Here provides personalized, prioritized transition plans to families of children with special needs. We organize monthly events where the entire family can come out. Typically these occur the first Friday of the month.
We are looking for an enthusiastic nonprofit event planner to produce events from conception through to completion. You will focus on providing outstanding customer service and organizing memorable events that meet quality expectations. We are open to your ideas and suggestions.
In this role, you will be conducting market research for fun, family activities/locations. You will be responsible for securing a venue and generating interest with families of children with special needs. You will cooperate with the Director to promote events. You will proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day.
We are a small nonprofit looking to make a big impact! We need your help to do so! Come help us plan wonderful events!
