We are in need of childcare volunteers who love kids of all ages! Project HELP provides Parent Education Workshops throughout DuPage and Aurora. For these workshops we provide childcare for the parents to be able to attend. Our workshops usually are for an hour and a half or 2 hours and they are held in mornings, evenings, and nights. The locations vary from schools, churches, libraries, other social services, etc.
We would greatly appreciate the help to be able to make these workshops possible for parents to attend!

Mission Statement
The mission of Project HELP is to strengthen and support the quality of life for parents and their children.
Description
Project HELP is a non-profit organization established in 1992 by the Exchange Club of Naperville. We provide supportive services for at-risk families through our parent mentor home-visitation program and parent education classes. The heart of Project HELP's program is Parent Mentoring. Parent Mentoring is free and available to parents who live in DuPage County with children under the age of twelve. In this two-year program, professionally trained volunteers provide weekly one-on-one support services in the home to help parents achieve the following goals: improve their understanding of child development, parent more effectively, improve their ability to identify and manage situational stress, improve family communication and strengthen their social support networks.
