Looking for an experienced Back Stage Manager who loves keeping order and working with others, and has a desire to use stage management skills in a community theater environment where fun is priority #1.

Description

As a back stage manager, you'll be part of The Marco Players' Production Team. You'll work with a team of talented volunteers including a director, actors, and stage manager. You'll collaborate with the show's stage manager to facilitate communication between the back stage and the tech booth to ensure timely transitions and prompting actors to stay on schedule. You're part of the team, so you'll be invited to participate in production meetings and some rehearsals.

Production volunteers receive 2 complimentary season passes to enjoy our volunteer preview night productions for up to 6 productions for the 2018-2019 season at The Marco Players Theater.

The production season begins September 2018 and runs through May 12, 2019. Orientation, training, and ongoing mentoring is provided. There are six main productions for which you may volunteer for at least one or all six productions!
