This year, United Way will be at Miles Elementary School hosting a Fall Festival and Trunk-or-Treat. We are looking for volunteers to make this classic event spectacular for all 500 kids. Volunteers can choose to participate in the Trunk-or-Treat (Deck out your car, and let kids safely trick-or-treat for candy around open trunks) or to help run the festival stations (we will have face painting, games and a pop-up grocery shop). Come dressed up in costume to enter our Best Costume contest - no scary themes please.
Unable to attend? You can still donate candy to be given out to the kids! (Please donate bulk bags of individually-wrapped candy. We are unable to accept homemade candy, or anything with nuts. Healthy options are appreciated!) Drop off at 100 Edgewood Ave. Atlanta, GA, 30303.
