ORGANIZATION: Habitat for Humanity East Bay/Silicon Valley

ReStore: We have ReStores in Oakland, Concord, San Jose, and Santa Clara. The ReStores are our retail warehouses where we accept donations of new and gently used building materials and sell them to the public at a fraction of the standard price. Proceeds from the stores help fund the construction of Habitat homes. We are always looking for volunteers to help with store organization and retail inventory, testing and cleaning hardware, unloading donations from our trucks, and helping customers with their purchases. The San Jose and Santa Clara ReStores are open Tuesday - Saturday, and they can accommodate up to six volunteers at one time. The Oakland and Concord ReStores are open Monday - Saturday, and can accommodate 4-6 volunteers depending on the day.
