The Access Ambassador position is directly responsible for providing excellent customer service and welcoming every patient and visitor to the West Valley Hospital. The volunteer will greet each visitor, offer wheelchair assistance from the curb, interact with patients by directing them to the appropriate department, and assisting registration staff with other duties. The Access Ambassador position allows for consistent patient interaction and provides tangible customer service skills that can be transferable to employment and applications.
