Young Ladies of Tomorrow’s mission is to serve as an alternative to the juvenile justice system for adolescent females from undeserved communities through a trauma-informed holistic approach to youth development programming that empowers each young lady to successfully transition into womanhood. YLOT program services provide an enriching forum for its program participants by introducing them to basic life skills, therapeutic recreation, workforce development, community service and cultural activities.
