This is such a fabulous volunteer opportunity!!

You spend one hour a week. It is very flexible, no set days. You go when it is convenient for you.

Let me share my last visit at the Kenwood location. It was with a gentleman who truly wants a volunteer! He lives in the Independent Living side of the community (building). His wife lives on the Memory Care side. He loves it when someone will take him back to visit with his wife (who is simply a joy!). He is very kind, loves to get to attend the activities at the community (exercise, music, bingo). He would love to have someone visit with him.

Isn't that a great way to volunteer, give back, make a friend?

We also have locations in Mason, Deer Park, Springdale and Finneytown if they are closer to your home.

Please consider Brookdale Hospice. We do require fingerprints and urine drug screen; but we pay for everything! It's really not a hard process.
