St. John's Hospital has a great volunteer opportunity to play a crucial role in delirium prevention by carrying out program interventions directly with patients. The HELP program allows volunteers a unique experience, gaining direct patient contact experience.
HELP volunteers are responsible for daily patient visits, cognitive orientation, therapeutic activities, and sensory orientation.
All volunteers receive a discount in our gift shop, complimentary parking, a caf? card during each volunteer shift, and the opportunity to attend various hospital events.
