The HR Board Member is elected at the annual meeting (May) of the organization to hold office for a two-year term, or until a successor is elected and qualified, and is eligible for re-election for one additional consecutive two-year term.
Prior to May, this role would start as a Committee role until the vote is held this spring. This allows for the individual to get to know the organization with minimal commitment to see if it’s a good fit.

This role would be a Board role, participating in the Event Committee until May when a new HR board member would be voted in. In the meantime, this will allow for someone new to come on and get used to the organization with minimal commitment.
Meetings: Board meetings are quarterly and Committee meetings may be once a month or skip months pending the work needed.More opportunities with DREAMCATCHERS NEW HAMPSHIRE
