Senior Care Communities - Providence Place Location:
Providence Place Staff are excited to offer a variety of Integrative Therapies to support the healing process and enhance optimal well-being of our residents. Understanding that the body, mind, and spirit are all connected and effect each other, we have put together a variety of services to compliment the medical care of our residents.
Integrative Care Volunteers are welcome to help with the following:
- Hand Massage
- Aromatherapy with Essential Oils
- Therapeutic Listening
- Music Performances
- Art Class Assistance
- Movement, Dance, and Exercise Assistance
- Meditation and Relaxation Support
- Storytelling
- Guided Imagery
Additional opportunities for Volunteers include:
- Pet Visits
- Companionship Visits
- Assisting with Games, Parties, and Events
- Facilitating a Group on their topic of Expertise
Onsite training and support will be offered as needed.
