Viva Farms is looking for individuals to help research for grants applicable to Viva's cause and then to help write for those grants.
Our nonprofit is largely funded by grants, and with your help we can keep our organization lively to help as many farmers as possible. Grants allow us to pay the salaries of hard working employees, fund workshops, trainings, acquire more tools for farmers, allow for more bi-lingual training of staff to increase communication, and the list goes on and on.
Grant Writing is a hard to find, but very valuable resource, when you are on the hunt for jobs. So, why not give your time and energy to a good cause while building your resume and skillset?
No prior grant writing experience is needed, although deeply appreciated.
Being fluent in Spanish is a large plus, but not a deal breaker.
