Volunteers are needed to do just about everything, from logistics to security. Conference volunteers play a valuable role as an extension of the PTC staff. Time commitments can range from a few hours for a single project to as much time as volunteers have available.

PTC'18 will be the 40th Anniversary celebration for PTC’s annual conference, providing all attendees with a three-day platform to focus on planning, and networking. To learn more about PTC and what we do, please visit ptc.org.

The Volunteer Program offers each volunteer:

* The opportunity to sit in sessions that relate to their field of study and/or interest (with minimum of 16 hours of service).
* Access to registrant list for internship and employment opportunities.
* Access to up-to-the-minute information and breaking news from first-hand sources.
* Information provided at the conference that is not available in textbooks or publications.
* The opportunity to meet and talk with industry leaders.
* Mix and mingle with like-minded volunteers at social events.

We are looking for willing and energetic students for a variety of non-technical duties:

* Must be over 18 years of age by the time of the conference (21-24 January 2018).
* Complete and submit the Application Form along with evidence of full-time student status (i.e. photo of valid student ID, transcripts, etc) of a university/college/institution.
* Commit to being available for the duration of time you will volunteer.
