UCPLA is looking for energetic and dedicated volunteers to help make our annual Art of Care gala at the Fairmont Mirmar Hotel & Bungalows a tremendous success. This year, UCPLA will be raising funds to replace some of the old beds to ensure a further quality of life for clients in our programs. Individuals will be working with members of the Planning Committee to:
- Assist with load in/ load out of the event
- Assist with set-up of silent auction and dining room décor
- Greet guests
- Check-in guests
- Assist photographers and the Step-N-Repeat and during the event
- Assist with the silent auction by answering guests questions and promoting bidding on the items
- Assist guests to their tables
- Act as a spotter during the donation drive & live auction
- Assist with closing out the silent auction and check out
- Assist program manager with coordinating speakers, presenters and honorees
