Starlighters is going through a costume room cleaning project! Volunteers are needed to help sort clothing, hats, and accessories so that we can have well-organized costume room. The project will involve moving clothing racks, sorting clothing by time period and size, sorting through tote boxes, and creating a new storage rack for hats. There are no special skills or training needed to work on this project, just a willingness to help improve the theatre by helping us become more organized!
This is an excellent opportunity for students, families, and groups of volunteers. We plan to work on this project every other Wednesday, starting October 11 at 7 PM, but we can arrange alternative dates for groups that are interested in working on this as a team volunteer project.

It is the mission of Starlighters II Theatre to produce excellent live theatre through ongoing education of actors and directors.
Description
Starlighters II is a nonprofit theatre organization that has produced a wide spectrum of entertainment in Eastern Iowa for over a quarter century. It was founded in 1975 in Monticello, Iowa. In February of 1978, the Anamosa Community Theatre joined Starlighters II, and since that time Starlighters II has become more of a regional organization as its active membership covers a six county area in Eastern Iowa. During each 12-month season, Starlighters II presents four mainstage productions consisting of musicals, comedies, dramas, revues, and dinner theatre shows. Starlighters II Young People's Theatre provides opportunities for area youth to learn the art and science of theatre, perform onstage, and work off-stage on production crews. Newcomers are always welcome at Starlighters II Theatre!
