Volunteers are needed to help at the Asheboro YMCA. The YMCA has received a grant to extend childcare to families affected by COVID, including the families of health care workers. They need volunteers to assist with tutoring and child care.

The mission of The Volunteer Center of Randolph County is to mobilize volunteers to address community needs and to strengthen the capacity of local organizations to involve volunteers effectively.
Description
The center is a comprehensive resource center for volunteers and programs that utilize the services of volunteers. The center will recruit and refer volunteers and help agencies effectively orient, train, retain, recognize and evaluate volunteers.
