Team San Pedro is Visit San Pedro's force that helps visitors and meeting attendees find their way around, where to dine, and what to do.
Team San Pedro Members are trained to answer a range of questions and solve many visitor problems.
They are the face of the San Pedro, Los Angeles Harbor, and Palos Verdes Peninsula communities for visitors.
Members may staff the San Pedro Visitor Center, at locations along the Waterfront or San Pedro's Historic Downtown, or at events in and around the area.
And they are involved in virtually all areas of the organization's operations.
Team San Pedro members may have opportunities to tour cruise ships calling at the port.
We provide two levels of training: The Basic Volunteer Training Seminar and The Advanced Visitor Service Excellence (Concierge) Seminar.
Through Team San Pedro, Visit San Pedro provides unrivaled levels of service excellence.

Description
Visit San Pedro-the region's Convention and Visitors Bureau-is the central organization promoting tourism and meetings in the Los Angeles Harbor and Palos Verdes Peninsula communities and Catalina Island. It serves visitor and event and meeting planner needs, markets the area worldwide, and provides a variety of information to visitors.
Its Visitor Center is a primary point of contact for visitors, as well as a place for newcomers and residents alike to find information about the area and its attractions and services. The Visitor Center also houses a small gallery that features a different exhibition every month highlighting the area through local artists.
