Jesus Empowers Ministries is a new Non-profit Outreach Ministry. Our mission is to reach the unreached, love the unloved, ultimately help to restore the hearts back to Christ. We provide three main services: Service 1) We help teach individuals who come from underprivileged communities about personal development and self awareness. Service 2) Empowerment Sessions aka "Real Talk Sessions". Here in these sessions people have a free space to be who they are and come to know Christ without judgment. Service 3) Empowerment Packs: are backpacks that consist of basic toiletries and we distribute these empowerment packs to the local homeless throughout the area. Along, with the services that we provide we also do local missions throughout the Fredericksburg area as well as conduct international outreach; we currently help to sponsor a small church over in Ogembo, Kenya.

We are currently seeking dedicated, passionate, driven, energetic individuals who have a passion to want to see people succeed and want to help mode them into the person they were created to be!

At this time, we are currently looking for volunteers who can help fulfill specific roles within the organization.

Available Positions:


Looking for experienced recruiter(s) who can help fill volunteer board positions along with any of the below volunteer positions. You will be responsible for candidate screening, interviewing, references and background checks of prospective recruits.


Looking for experienced teachers, trainers, business professionals, managers, supervisors, professors, ministers, etc. for a continuous project. You will be responsible for teaching classes either pertaining to business writing, leadership, professionalism, and finances. Must be experienced in training individuals as well groups of people. (Teach once or twice a week; either in the evenings or Saturday afternoons; minimum of one hour to three hours)

Training Director:

Responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating, and conducting all training programs. Also, are responsible for communicating with directors to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals. (Available once or twice a week; either in the evenings or on Saturday Afternoons; to plan lessons and coordinate training days minimum of one hour to three hours)

Volunteer Director:

Responsible for managing volunteers, designing training materials for volunteers, developing volunteers, coordinating volunteers, and conducting volunteer orientations for new recruits. (Available once or twice a week; either in the evenings or on Saturday Afternoons; to plan lessons and coordinate training days minimum of one hour to three hours)

Bible Study Teacher(s):

Responsible for leading a class to develop an environment in which people have the opportunity to accept Christ and mature as Christians through the teaching of the word of God.


A Discipler is one who encourages and enriches new Christians by nurturing them to their higher calling in Christ. Through the discipleship process, you would commit yourself f for an extended period to a few individuals who have been won to Christ, the purpose being to aid and guide their growth to maturity and equip them to reproduce themselves in a third spiritual.


Responsible for keeping a true and accurate record of all meetings, including business meetings. They shall provide clerical duties and shall be custodian of all legal documents. This person must be a spiritually minded person and of sound business judgement. (Available once or twice a week; either in the evenings during the week or on Saturday afternoons; minimum of one to three hours)

Social Media Marketer:

Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for a business’s social media sites along with posting on the website. This might include blogging, creating social media posts and responding to followers. (Everyday; once or twice a day)
