Thank you for your interest in V.E.T. Service dogs, NFP. Our goal is to help as many veterans as possible, ensuring No One Gets Left Behind. In our initial year our goal is to place 3 dogs with veterans. Our second years goal is to place 5 dogs with veterans. Each year we plan to grow this number to achieve our goal of 10 dogs in year 5. Looking at these numbers you may ask yourself, why such a low number. We strive for realistic goals to ensure the quality of the dogs we produce will be nothing but the best. Our veterans deserve the best and that is what we will provide. We love what we do, but can’t do it alone. We depend on the support and generosity of individuals as well as companies for donations to help us complete our mission. We at V.E.T. Service Dogs, NFP thank you for your time.
Foster volunteers foster our dogs-in-training, to help with the socialization process, or to see how the dog will do in a home environment. This can last anywhere from 1 month to up to 3-4 months, depending on the reason. Go to www.vetservicedogsnfp.org and click on ways to help
Fundraise for our service dogs and military heroes - ask for donations instead of birthday or holiday gifts, run a race, host a party or workplace fundraiser.
