Brilla Sol is a small community of 100 families who live in the cloudy area of the Metorpolitan Area of Quito. On farms, families produce their own food and among the same villagers help to keep the production plots and routes to market in other communities nearby.
Volunteer activities focus on contributing to the teaching and practice of a second language in the small school in the community, as well as helping students with school and extracurricular activities, such as sports, dance, arts, among others.
