Starlighters II Community Theatre is looking for a Volunteer Coordinator to join our community! This is a volunteer position that would be responsible for coordinating and recruiting volunteers for productions and administrative projects. The Volunteer Coordinator would help make theatre arts accessible to the Jones County community by ensuring that we have a robust community of tech, administrative, and artistic volunteers to create quality theatre and special programs.
This is an ideal opportunity for a retired professional looking to become involved in the Creative Corridor theatre scene. Much of the work can be done remotely, so interested individuals do not need to live in Anamosa.

It is the mission of Starlighters II Theatre to produce excellent live theatre through ongoing education of actors and directors.
Description
Starlighters II is a nonprofit theatre organization that has produced a wide spectrum of entertainment in Eastern Iowa for over a quarter century. It was founded in 1975 in Monticello, Iowa. In February of 1978, the Anamosa Community Theatre joined Starlighters II, and since that time Starlighters II has become more of a regional organization as its active membership covers a six county area in Eastern Iowa. During each 12-month season, Starlighters II presents four mainstage productions consisting of musicals, comedies, dramas, revues, and dinner theatre shows. Starlighters II Young People's Theatre provides opportunities for area youth to learn the art and science of theatre, perform onstage, and work off-stage on production crews. Newcomers are always welcome at Starlighters II Theatre!
