ORGANIZATION: Benjamin Banneker Extended Enrichment Program

We are looking for volunteers who would like to help support our students and families for 1-2 hours during our after school hours of 3-6 pm. Options of days and times are available.

Some areas we would appreciate help are:

  • helping to cook/make/organize healthy snacks
  • assist in a classroom (kindergarten, first/second grades, 3rd and Up)
  • assist the martial arts instructor on Tuesdays
  • Organize and host the Parent Corner (have parents sign in and out, give them information, offer tea/coffee etc...)

Description

The BEE program is an after school program (3-6 p.m.) for our K-6 students to receive homework and tutoring help, snack, and many various activities throughout the school year.
