Boys & Girls Club of Collier County (BGCCC) seeks interns to support our Programs and Resource Development Department in the areas of Marketing, Events, Educational Programs, and Volunteer Coordination. Interns are expected to work an average of 8 hours a week for the duration of their internship. Interns will gain an understanding of the operations of nationally recognized not-for-profit, working closely with full time and part time employees in our Program and Resource Development Departments. As well as with members of the club. Interns will gain professional experience and skills valuable for future employment with BGCCC or other employers.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Publisher are required. Applicants must also demonstrate knowledge of principles in technology and computer operations.

Who We Serve
We serve 3,000 children and teens, ages 6 to 18, in our clubs and afterschool programs, and through our partnership with the Naples Children and Education Foundation and Florida’s 21st Century.
We offer a safe place for young people to learn, grow and develop ongoing relationships with caring, adult professionals who support the educational, emotional, physical, vocational, character, and social development of our youth and provide them with the resources needed to become successful adults.
BGCCC offers award-winning programs to help youth build self esteem, devlop leadership skills, and consider values, and give back to their community.
Nearly 89% of members receive free or reduced lunch, 48% of members come from homes where English is not the primary spoken language, 38% of members live in single parent households, and 63% of members live at, or below, poverty level.
