Are you looking for an administrative volunteer opportunity? We are looking for volunteers who can assist in the office! Help is needed with scanning, filing, and many other day-to-day office tasks that provide hands-on administrative training. Training is provided, and no medical background is needed. We are flexible to work with your hours Monday through Friday during regular business hours.

This volunteer position assists the Global Quality staff with office operations need to accomplish our mission of saving and enhancing lives. We need at least three volunteers to assist us in person at the 6211 IH 10 West location.

Volunteers will assist our Global Quality department.

  • Making bankers' boxes for record storage and filing/sorting records.
  • Assist with other office work as needed (i.e., filing and sorting)
  • All applicants must be 16 years of age or older to volunteer.
  • Must be able to dedicate a minimum of 2 hours per visit.
  • Must be able to sort by chronological or alphabetical order.
  • Must be able to interact positively with internal customers.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly.
  • Must be able to stand/sit 50% of the time.
