We are currently recruiting teen age girls to get involved in a coding club that will meet at Crowley Public Library on the first and third Saturdays of each month from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Of course, we can happily tweak the schedule to meet the needs of our volunteer.
Our vision is for the club to follow the school calendar for Crowley Independent School District so we would conclude this year's club in May, ready to reconvene for the next school year. Library staff can work with you to build a curriculum unless you already have a proven course of study.
We have laptops available for use and will also encourage girls to bring their own devices.
