Heart of Hospice is located in Lafayette, but we service patients in their homes and nursing homes in a 50 mile radius. So we are looking for Volunteers in those areas around Lafayette. We have many patients in New Iberia, Kaplan, and St. Martinsville. If you would like to make a difference in the life of a Hospice patient or family - please make your connection today!

Description
Hospice care is the comprehensive and interdisciplinary approach of providing palliative care to an individual at the end stage of life. Hospice also cares for the entire family, extending care and support throughout the mourning period. Respect for individual cultural and religious beliefs is afforded to all patients receiving hospice care.
