The BMH/HT (Barbara Marx Hubbard/ Humanity's Team) project is a 52 Week Call to Action/Intensive will be produced on a weekly basis beginning 11/7/2017.
The program will occur on a weekly basis, except for holiday weeks. Each session will include 60 minutes of instructor presentation followed by 30 minutes of instructor/participant interaction. Overall, the program will include 52 sessions and, including holiday gaps, span approximately 13 calendar months.
This position will be accountable for leading the group of producers who will:
1) Schedule the Zoom video platform
2) Train the instructor, guest presenters, participants and support team members (including all technical aspects),
3) Upload video materials and possibly make minor edits (if required),
4) Coordinate efforts with other members of HT organization
The leader will also be involved in recruiting, training, and overseeing subordinate call producers, including mentoring, coaching and resolving issues as required. There may be other duties from time-to- time, as well.
Requirements:
1. Experience in video conferencing (preferably Zoom Video) and Webinar
2. Comfortable working in a virtual environment
3. Available time frame 4.30PST to 6.30PST (for the call set up and manage logistics)
4. Troubleshooting technical issues
Since this is a critical position for us, we are looking for a 13-month commitment on this project. We are also open to discussing a stipend with relation to the services.
