We are looking for volunteers willing to interview older adults in a nursing home on any WEEKDAY between the hours of 10am-12pm and 1-4pm. Aiming to provide high quality care to those we serve, we survey residents regularly to obtain their opinions and feedback. Due to vision loss, many of our residents can't read anymore, so volunteers are needed to ask them the questions and write down their answers. Residents are not required/forced to participate so there is no pressure on volunteers to complete a certain number of surveys. Minimal training will be provided so experience with interviewing is preferred. Must be able to read/write/speak English but bilingual volunteers are welcome (as some of our residents are from other countries).
