After School Program seeks engaged and committed Academic Volunteers!

Baltimore SquashWise ( baltimoresquashwise.org ) is a unique youth development program that combines academic tutoring with coaching in the sport of squash. We provide a long-term support system and create opportunities for aspiring Baltimore youth. By using squash as a motivator, we help students realize their academic, athletic, and personal potential. We ensure that each student graduates from high school prepared for the next step - ready to excel in college and continuing education, as well as in the workplace. Our comprehensive program includes academic support, squash and fitness, mentoring, and lots of enrichment opportunities.

SquashWise is looking for Academic Volunteers to support our homework help sessions, academic enrichment lessons, and our college and career access programming. No squash experience necessary at all; Academic Volunteers support us in the classroom! See below for descriptions of each available position.
