Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Development Associate is responsible for a range of activities to support fundraising, marketing processes and initiatives, as well as administrative support for the organization.
Essential Duties:
Fundraising
Database and Donor Management
Record Donor gifts, generate acknowledgement and thank you letters and tribute recognitions, maintain and update records with new contact information.
Conduct volunteer recruitment (internal with staff and external with the larger community), track event revenue and expenses.

Rock The Party.org is a 501 (c) 3 registered nonprofit charitable organization intended to provide birthday parties for children experiencing homelessness in Los Angeles and surrounding areas. Every child deserves to be celebrated, we want them to feel loved and cared for and to dream as big as they can.
