Compassionate individuals are needed to provide patient companionship, social interaction, hand holding, crafts, Music, or just to sit and chat with patients in assisted living communities, personal care homes, or private residences.
Volunteering is a ministry of presence. All you need to be a great volunteer is a caring heart and a friendly smile.
We require small time commitment from our volunteers at your convenience.

Homestead Hospice is dedicated to our patients and their families. When someone you love is diagnosed with a life limiting illness, everything changes. We are here to guide you through this difficult journey so that you can spend quality time with your loved one.
Hospice care is covered by Medicare, Medicaid and most private insurance. However, care is provided regardless of ability to pay.
