Do you have experience in recruiting and interviewing, or are you looking to build skills in those areas? Are you passionate about mental health and volunteerism? NAMI San Fernando Valley/Santa Clarita Valley needs a charismatic and driven Volunteer Recruiter to interview potential volunteers for our organization.
The Volunteer Recruiter will:
- Conduct interviews with potential volunteers over Google Hangouts or via phone
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Help place volunteers in positions that best fits their interests and unique skill sets
- Work with the Volunteer Director to ensure all NAMI-SFV departments have the volunteers they need!
- Comfortable using the Google Hangouts & Google Suite platform
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- A desire to connect with others and understand their motivations for volunteering
