As a recipe developer, help Keiro Northwest create more variety in our menus based on your own recipes! Test your favorite Chinese, Vietnamese or Korean recipe to be served to a large group of seniors. Share your culinary skills, and adapt your recipe for a large group. Gain experience cooking in a commercial kitchen with the support and supervision of an experienced Catering Director.
Meet with Catering Director to review recipe, identify ingredients and plan the meal.
Prepare the meal, and demonstrate technique to Catering Director and other Keiro NW staff.
