ORACLE Religious Association (ORA) is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization formed in 1992 that has maintained a single-focus mission of enabling people to encounter Jesus Christ. ORA does that through the design and implementation of programs. Our Founder has been called to expand the ministry so the organization has begun the process of modernizing its operations. One of the key volunteer positions needed to support our Founder is the role of an Administrative Assistant.

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our Founder & CEO, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

What does our Administrative Assistant do?

Our Administrative Assistant (AA) makes travel and meeting arrangements, prepares reports and maintains appropriate filing systems. Our AA has excellent oral and written communication skills and organizes their work using tools like MS Excel and office equipment. If you also have previous experience as a Secretary or Executive administrative assistant we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, our AA ensures the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
