Volunteer at Arc’s Value Village to honor Make A Difference Day! On Saturday, October 27th, volunteers from across the country will unite for Make A Difference Day, one of the largest annual single-days of service nationwide. Since 1992, volunteers and communities have come together on Make A Difference Day with a single purpose: to improve the lives of others. By volunteering on 10/27 at Arc’s Value Village you will help make a difference in the lives of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families in our community!
Volunteers will help unpack and tag donations and stock our sales floor with new thrifty finds. Proceeds at Arc’s Value Village benefit The Arc Minnesota's programs and services for people with disabilities. Description
The Arc Minnesota is a statewide nonprofit organization that works to promote and protect the human rights of people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Arc helps people navigate systems while working to advance social change centered in justice, equity and belonging in community. Arc's Value Village is a public awareness and revenue generating vehicle for The Arc Minnesota. Arc's Value Village accepts clothing, housewares, art, media, books & related items and sells those items to the community.
