This year marks the 50th anniversary of Pacoima's Christmas Parade. If you have always dreamed of being in the Parade, here is your chance to be a part of one of the oldest and most cherished traditions in Pacoima!
Christmas Parade 2017
Theme: "Pacoima Golden Memories"
Saturday, December 7th, 2017 * 9 AM.
Volunteer Shift: 7 AM- 12 PM
Volunteer check-in takes place at 6:45pm. More details will be provided during the volunteer training.
Volunteer Training- Thursday, December 7th @ 5:30 p.m
Adults and high school students(16+ years old) needed.
Service hours given for training and parade.
Volunteers are needed for:
-Setting up
-Banner Carrier - Requires to walk entire parade ( Approximately 1 mile)
-Welcoming Guests
-Directing flow of parade
-Chalking up the streets
-Spreading the holiday cheer!!!
All volunteers will get a free T-shirt!!

The goal of Pacoima Beautiful is to provide residents of all ages with environmental education, the tools to become advocates for sustainable changes in the environment and the community, and the leadership skills to participate in dialogues with government officials and community leaders to improve the environment. Our Values is a bilingual, multi-cultural learning organization. The needs of community members drive Pacoima Beautiful’s programs, projects and activities.
