Volunteers assist individuals in the FREE preparation of their annual tax return with income up to $77,000.
Volunteers are asked to donate at least 40 hours between the start of tax season and the end of tax season. There are 10 VITA sites around Orange, Seminole and Osceola counties that Volunteers can choose from as their tax prep home. Last year, over 100 VITA volunteers prepared over 2,000 income tax returns, improving the financial stability of thousands of families in Central Florida.
